Refund policy

Our 90-Day Risk-Free Trial is additional to your legal rights.

For eligible online purchases, UK consumers generally have the right to notify us that they wish to cancel their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason.

After notifying us of cancellation, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To exercise your statutory cancellation right, email info@hartwellhealth.co.uk with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel the contract.

Where required by law, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge paid by you. Additional delivery costs resulting from selecting a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option may not be refundable.

Your statutory rights are separate from and are not reduced by our voluntary 90-day return policy.
